Dance to Nature – All-Season Outdoor Mindful Movement (Bilingual)

Reconnect with yourself and nature in this all-season outdoor dance experience.  Each session begins with an opening circle centered on a nature-inspired invitation. Move freely to the shared music.  No steps to learn, no one to impress, simply move how you feel.  Dances end with a closing circle.

Join from your favorite nature spot anywhere, or come in person at Mooney’s Bay Park, Ottawa, with silent disco headsets provided. All are welcome to this bilingual event.

Dance dates:  February 1, 8, and 22
