For a third consecutive year and just in time for the Holiday Season, the McCord Museum will present this immensely popular family-oriented exhibition until April 28, 2013.
Toys 3 – The Voyage invites children aged 3 to 9 to experience a one-of-a-kind adventure in Abracadabra, the fabulous land of toys! Admission is free at all times for children 12 and under!
For this edition, the exhibition offers a brand new concept: a playful and colourful circuit along which children, guided by a faithful canine companion and his friends, can join in a hugely entertaining and surprise-filled expedition!
Because good planning is behind every successful trip, the young adventurers will begin with a map to help them find the objects they will need to pack for their trek. They will also have to decide on which mode of transport will carry them to their destination.
The adventure will take them to a zany jungle, a “campfire,” and a party hosted by the toys themselves.
Almost 200 artefacts from the Museum collection will be on display, many for the first time.
THESE ARE ALSO FREE ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AGED 12 AND UNDER:
